Know Me

I am Ambika Goel, a die-hard Optimist, a Confidante, and a Certified Coach.

Up until a few years ago, the concept of coaching was completely alien to me. My quest for finding my life's goals and my inclination towards serving people led me to a coaching program. There I met with like-minded people and felt the joy of being in such an atmosphere. My training allowed me to look through myself and I realized that the grudges kept inside were eating me up. So, before I could heal anyone else, I needed to push those grudges out of my system. Coaching changed my perception of people, situations, and relationships.... I learned to bear the responsibility for my actions as well as my happiness. I was a more sorted person by the end of my coaching program. I aspired to learn more and serve more. I carried my journey forward and successfully accomplished my next level of credential. I love to work with individuals who aim to improve their lives in some way or another as I understand how it feels, having gone through this transformation myself. I believe that everyone should experience the magic of coaching at least once in their lifetime. I look forward to sharing this gift with you...

Internship Program for Students

“Real-Life Work Experience” is a unique internship program for students with a 100% practical approach. This program enables the students to understand more about their interests, skills, and potential. It also helps them to identify the areas of improvement.

I have a pleasure of knowing and working with Ambika for about two months now and it's been an absolutely amazing journey! Ambika is a very professional coach and a very compassionate person and from the moment... we started our sessions she created a very safe space where I felt very listened and understood. I remember that along the way there were moments of ups and downs and one of the things that I appreciated most was Ambika's strong support and at the same time that she didn't let me fall of track, she would bring me back nicely to my goal and moved me consistently towards it.
